Description Technical Specifications FAQ's & Support Docs

The Channel Master LTE Filter improves over the air (antenna) signals by filtering out mobile LTE signal interference.

The Channel Master LTE Filter is designed to clear your OTA TV signal path from the common interference created by mobile LTE signals. The proliferation of LTE signal towers and connected LTE devices are a common cause of intermittent television signal disruption because mobile carriers operate on frequencies that can be very close to your broadcast TV frequencies. These disruptions can result in weak signals, pixilation or even channel loss, and can be especially disruptive when using an amplifier with your TV antenna.

Channel Master highly recommends using an LTE Filter with TV antenna installations in metro and suburban areas in order to assure optimum performance. If you require an amplifier for your TV antenna installation, we recommend the Channel Master Amplify, a high-end amplifier that includes an internal LTE filter. If you are already using an amplifier with your TV antenna, the LTE Filter will work with your existing installation.

4 of 5 Works as it was designed to October 15, 2019
Reviewer: FREDDY from Effort Pennsylvania
I have an alarm system that runs over 4G LTE signal and have a cellular base nearby where antenna is.  From time to time, I get robotic cellular breakages on my TV very much different from pixilation.  I did not know what this was at first and assumed I needed an amp or pre amp.  With a little research, there was this LTE filter which explained my issue.  After using this product for 1 week, I do not get the cellular interference anymore.  I have 4 TV's and I placed this after the ground block which then comes to my 4 way splitter.  I simply put this on the input of the splitter and my interference issue has been nullified.

I gave it a 4 star rating because it doesn't suggest how much torque to tight it needs.  Also, by the design, if you put to much torque, it looks like it can break by spinning off the sheilding.  This isn't a bad product, but a little torgue requirement or suggestions would be nice.  I've applied 20lbs to tight with my torque wrench.

1 of 5 Terrible Documentation August 20, 2019
Reviewer: GCharles from Sunnyvale, CA
How about you include a bode plot showing the filter performance and include pass band ripple and blocking performance in dB?  There is not a single piece of data in your documentation short of blocking LTE - which based on the limited description it really isn't a notch filter at LTE bands, but rather just a low pass filter.
