Our Return Process
1. Request
Submit the online Return Authorization Form using your order number and email address.
2. Receive Return Instructions
Once your request is validated, we'll provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return
Repackage the product with all included accessories and documentation and return it using the provided instructions.
4. Refund
After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
- ✓ Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- ✓ Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- ✓ All original accessories, cables, adapters, documentation, manuals, inserts, and other included items must be returned.
- ✓ Returns are accepted only for orders placed directly at ChannelMaster.com. Products purchased from another e-commerce website, marketplace, authorized Channel Master dealer, or other reseller must be returned through the reseller from which they were purchased and are subject to that reseller's return and refund policies.
Not Eligible for Return
- × Telescoping Antenna Masts are non-returnable.
- × Products that have been used or damaged through incorrect installation are not eligible for return.
- × Products not returned in their original condition or packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective.
Return Shipping Deduction
- $7.50 for small items
- $14.99 for large outdoor antennas
Original Shipping
Original shipping charges paid when the order was placed are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Returned products are reviewed after they are received to confirm that they meet the requirements of this Return Policy.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any applicable return shipping charges.
- Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after your return is received for processing.
- Channel Master is not responsible for return shipping delays or lost return packages.
- Channel Master is not responsible for product damage resulting from improper or incorrect installation.
