USPS
Available USPS shipping services are displayed at checkout when appropriate for your order and destination. Compare the available price and estimated delivery time before placing your order.
UPS
Choose from available UPS services based on the delivery speed and rate you prefer. Applicable UPS options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
FedEx
Available FedEx services are presented alongside other carrier options at checkout, allowing you to compare rates and delivery estimates before making your selection.

Channel Master negotiates discounted shipping rates with our carriers and passes those reduced shipping costs on to our customers. At checkout, you can compare the available USPS, UPS, and FedEx options and select the service that provides the best combination of price and delivery speed for your order.

Processing & Delivery
Same-Business-Day Processing
Orders placed by 12 PM noon Arizona time on a standard business day are generally processed for shipment that day.
Orders placed after the 12 PM Arizona time cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed the following business day.
Delivery Estimates
Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.
Delivery estimates begin after the shipment is accepted by the carrier and may vary due to destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Channel Master's control.
International Shipping
International Orders
Available international shipping options are displayed during checkout based on the destination, package size, package weight, and available carrier services.
International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs unless those charges are specifically collected as part of the order.
Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Additional Shipping Information
P.O. Boxes
Shipping availability to a P.O. Box depends on the carrier and service selected.
Carrier services that require a physical street address cannot be used with a P.O. Box. If the selected shipping service cannot deliver to the address provided, a valid physical delivery address may be required before the order can ship.
Changes to Your Shipping Address
Channel Master processes orders quickly. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or transferred to the carrier, Channel Master may no longer be able to change the shipping address.
If the shipment is already in transit, the carrier may provide options to redirect or modify delivery. Availability, restrictions, and fees are determined by the carrier.

- The customer selects the available carrier and shipping service used for the order.
- Channel Master negotiates discounted rates with shipping carriers and passes those reduced shipping costs on to customers.
- Orders placed by 12 PM noon Arizona time on a standard business day are generally processed for shipment that day.
- Orders placed after the 12 PM Arizona time cutoff are generally processed the following business day.
- Carrier availability and service options vary based on product size, package weight, shipping address, and destination.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered standard business days.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed by Channel Master.
- Delivery may be delayed because of weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside Channel Master's control.
- Packages returned to Channel Master as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be refunded after they are returned, less applicable shipping charges.
