Description Technical Specifications FAQ's & Support Docs

Amplify+ is intended for outdoor professional use, including multi-dwelling units and commercial applications. The product provides separate UHF and VHF inputs for two-antenna, band-specific installations, as well as a switchable FM trap.

Amplify+ is an outdoor preamplifier designed for mast-mounting with the TV antenna(s). Professional installers may choose options for High gain, Low gain, FM signal blocking and band-specific dual antenna use if required.

Unlike the consumer-ready Amplify product, Amplify+ does not include a USB powering option for indoor use.

Outdoor Heavy-Duty Housing

Amplify+ is constructed of a die-cast metal housing with weatherproof ports to support outdoor installations in extreme weather conditions.

Adjustable Amplification

Amplify+ provides adjustable settings that allow the installer to select the appropriate gain required for a specific installation scenario, eliminating the potential issues encountered from either too much or too little gain. The internal switch can be placed at either a High or Low setting.

Adjustable FM Trap

Amplify+ provides a trap mechanism to block unwanted FM Radio signals from FM-enabled commercial TV antennas, which can cause interference with UHF and VHF television signals. Pass-through of FM signals can be enabled or disabled via an internal switch.

LTE Filtering

Like the consumer-ready Amplify product, Amplify+ provides LTE signal filtering. The proliferation of LTE signal towers and connected LTE devices are a growing cause of intermittent disruption of over-the-air broadcast television signals. These disruptions can result in weak signals, pixilation or even channel loss, and can be especially disruptive when an amplifier is used with a TV antenna.

5 of 5 Great for my antennas July 19, 2019
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from San Diego
I have 2 separate antennas for VHF and UHF that are pointing in 2 different directions to get the local broadcasters. This amplifier allows the 2 separate inputs needed.
The signal is fed to my existing coaxial 5 way splitter that distributes the signal to 5 different rooms in my house. 4 TV's are normally connected and receive all the local channels from the national broadcasters and public television, plus the channels received from Mexico.
(More than 50 channels total)
I set it for high amplification and so far the results are very good.

5 of 5 Amp May 14, 2019

Works as promised.   You will have to experiment with both power settings to see which works for you best.  I have mine set on high.  Brought the stations in without overpowering them, got rid of pixalization.

5 of 5 Channel Master review May 14, 2019
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Yadkinville, NC
Tried an inexpensive amp to start with, couldn't pick up 60 to 70 miles range stations. Decided to give this amp from Channel Master a try. Night & day difference. Picked up these outlying channels plus about 7 stations that weren't even on my expectation list. Definitely worth the investment for cord cutter living outside big markets.
