The Channel Master LTE Filter is designed to clear your OTA TV signal path from the common interference created by mobile LTE signals. The proliferation of LTE signal towers and connected LTE devices are a common cause of intermittent television signal disruption because mobile carriers operate on frequencies that can be very close to your broadcast TV frequencies. These disruptions can result in weak signals, pixelation or even channel loss, and can be especially disruptive when using an amplifier with your TV antenna.
Channel Master highly recommends using an LTE Filter with TV antenna installations in metro and suburban areas in order to assure optimum performance. If you require an amplifier for your TV antenna installation, we recommend the Channel Master Amplify, a high-end amplifier that includes an internal LTE filter. If you are already using an amplifier with your TV antenna, the LTE Filter will work with your existing installation.

I had their 4G filter in AZ and it worked great. The 5G maybe working but it's hit and miss; however, I will note that after going to an OTA, the town I live in opened a super magnet manufacturing plant a few short miles from my house and that might be a factor. June 1st was the first time I was able to see and hear all 50 channels I get but on June 2nd everything was pixelating intermittently. The one consistent thing is the sound quality has greatly improved. I use a Marantz receiver with six speakers. I now get the theater experience.
I'll give sound and quality of build five stars.
I live in Akron OH, and I would get episodes of pixellation that made certain channels, such as 3.1, occasionally difficult or impossible to watch, despite a high received signal strength. I initially purchased the Channel Master LTE filter for use with an older low quality antenna, and it did reduce the number of pixellation episodes, but not all of them. I decided to try a Channel Master FLATenna with the inline amplifier, and the combination with the LTE filter works so much better.
It's only been a few hours using the new setup, but stations that would often have intermittent pixellation interference became 100% stable. My theory about this is that, even though the filter was the identical unit I used before, it works much better now because the Channel Master FLATenna uses high quality RG6 cable with decent shielding, and the filter is installed directly at the base of the antenna.
Before, the antenna was attached to the filter with the antenna's captive cable, which was likely a low quality, poorly shielded cable that allowed interference to enter the cable much more easily.
My conclusion is that the filter may not provide all of its possible benefit if the cabling used in the antenna system is of poor quality. It's actually a fine filter, and I finally feel that my pixellation interference problems have disappeared, or at least become extremely rare using the Channel Master LTE filter. Highly recommended, along with the Channel Master FLATenna and inline amplifier. It's a great system - don't waste your time with random big box store junk.
This little filter is the most functional item in my household. I can now charge my phone, enter another room, use the lighting in the kitchen and open the back door without interfering with the television. I can hardly believe the actions I have taken to reduce interference when the only thing I needed was this little filter. Love it so much I am getting a second one for another room.
Once the filter was added to our antenna setup, problem channels stabilized. Placement of filter is important and depends on your particular set-up. Works great for me here; no problems!
Was working with both Live Stream and Local Chanel, absolutely clear picture function thru indoor tv antenna with my expectation. It's Awesome!
