Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

We offer several shipping methods for both domestic and international customers. Domestic customers have the option to choose one of three shipping options:

  • Value Flat Rate Shipping (your order will arrive in 3-7 business days)
  • Two-Day Shipping (your order will arrive in 2 business days)
  • One-Day Shipping (your order will arrive in 1 business day)

Value Flat-Rate Shipping

Value Flat-Rate Shipping is a flat $7.50 or $14.99 shipping and handling fee that can be selected for most items, $7.50 for all smaller items and $14.99 for larger items. Shipping time is 3-7 business days and is estimated to be delivered by the end of the seventh business day within the contiguous 48 states. *Value Flat-Rate Shipping is limited to the continental United States. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. *Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 3-7 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 3-7 business days transit time.

Two-Day Shipping

Two-Day shipping is a two-day expedited shipping method with a discounted rate calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Shipping time is 2 business days delivered by the end of the second business day within the contiguous 48 states. *Shipping time to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may exceed two business days. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 2 days from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 2 business days transit time.

One-Day Shipping

One-Day shipping is an overnight expedited shipping method with a discounted rate calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Shipping time is 1 business day delivered by 12:00 PM, or end of day for some rural areas. *Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. * Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 1 day from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 1 business day transit time.

International Shipping

  • USPS International First Class: Shipping price is calculated based on weight, size and destination of the package. Shipping time varies based on ship to address. *Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes to be paid directly to carrier, refused international shipments will be credited less all shipping fees incurred by Channel Master.. *This shipping method is not available for packages over 4lbs.
  • UPS Standard: Shipping price is calculated based on weight, size and destination of the package. At checkout the customer has the option to choose the cost of duties and taxes directly to be included and paid in the total purchase price or the customer can elect not to include and pay for duties and taxes with the order but will be responsible for all duties and taxes to be paid directly to carrier at the time of delivery. Shipping time varies based on ship to address.

P.O. Boxes as Shipping Address

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. For orders using a P.O. Box address as the shipping address the customer will be contacted for a physical address or to cancel the order.

Changes to Shipping Address

Orders that have been prepared to ship or handed off to the carrier cannot be changed.

If your order has shipped or cannot be modified before shipping you may refuse the package or request information by visiting our
Contact Us page.

If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund less original shipping charges.


Returns

30-day Money-Back, No Hassle Return Policy

We recognize it is sometimes difficult to know which specific TV antenna or accessory will be suitable for your location or particular set-up. We want to remove that burden and make shopping for a new TV antenna or accessories easy and enjoyable. If you determine the TV antenna purchased is not suitable for your location or an accessory did not deliver the desired experience, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

A few items can't be returned, including:

  • Telescoping Masts
  • External hard drives
  • Closeout sale items
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate. (Unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Damaged items

Refunds:

Customers can return an item for a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs.)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Returns submitted after 30 days from receipt of original purchase.
  • Returns not purchased at www.channelmaster.com.
  • Returns without a return authorization (RMA#) number.
  • Returns missing parts (If an order is missing a part the cost of that part will be deducted from the refund)

Return Procedure

Customers must request a return authorization (RMA#) number by completing the online return material authorization form or by emailing customerservice@channelmaster.com. Please include your name, email address, order number, items to be returned, reason for return and approximate date of purchase. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow. Please note it is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping and handling to return the unwanted item. Additionally if a product is returned but not accepted it will be the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping and handling to return the item.

Channel Master RMA* and Steps for Refund

*Use this return process for eligible items within our 30-day channelmaster.com return period.

To receive your RMA you must email the following information to customerservice@channelmaster.com:

  • First and Last Name
  • Order ID
  • Product on the order to be returned
  • Reason for the return
