Free Shipping

Free Shipping is available for select items.  Shipping time is 1-7 business days and is estimated to be delivered by the end of the seventh business day within the contiguous 48 states. *Free Shipping is limited to the continental United States. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. *Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 1-7 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 1-7 business days transit time.

 

$7.50 Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)

$7.50 Standard Shipping is a flat rate shipping and handling fee that is available for select items that do not qualify for free shipping (Flatenna).  Shipping time is 1-7 business days and is estimated to be delivered by the end of the seventh business day within the contiguous 48 states. *$7.50 Standard Shipping is limited to the continental United States. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. *Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 1-7 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 1-7 business days transit time.

 

UPS Ground

UPS Ground is a standard ground shipping method with a discounted rate calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Shipping time is 1-5 business days delivered by the end of the second business day within the contiguous 48 states. *Shipping time to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may exceed 1-5 business days. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 1-5 days from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 1-5 business days transit time.

 

UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air is a two-day expedited shipping method with a discounted rate calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Shipping time is 2 business days delivered by the end of the second business day within the contiguous 48 states. *Shipping time to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may exceed two business days. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 2 days from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 2 business days transit time.

 

UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air is an overnight expedited shipping method with a discounted rate calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Shipping time is 1 business day delivered by 12:00 PM, or end of day for some rural areas. *Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii. *The carrier is subject to Channel Master's choice, and may change at any time. * Orders placed after 12pm Arizona time will leave our warehouse the following day and transit time will be 1 day from the day it leaves our warehouse. *Holidays and weekends are not considered standard business days and are not included in the estimated 1 business day transit time.

 

International Shipping

• USPS International First Class: Shipping price is calculated based on weight, size and destination of the package. Shipping time varies based on ship to address. *Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes to be paid directly to carrier, refused international shipments will be credited less all shipping fees incurred by Channel Master.. *This shipping method is not available for packages over 4lbs (1.8 kg).
• UPS Standard: Shipping price is calculated based on weight, size and destination of the package. At checkout the customer has the option to choose the cost of duties and taxes directly to be included and paid in the total purchase price or the customer can elect not to include and pay for duties and taxes with the order but will be responsible for all duties and taxes to be paid directly to carrier at the time of delivery. Shipping time varies based on ship to address.

 

Additional Shipping Instructions

 P.O. Boxes as Shipping Address

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. For orders using a P.O. Box address as the shipping address the customer will be contacted for a physical address or to cancel the order.

 

Changes to Shipping Address

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Due to the speed of our order processing and shipping systems, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders that have been prepared to ship or handed off to the carrier CAN NOT  be changed or Updated.

However, we understand that situations may arise where an address change is necessary after your order is on its way.  If you find yourself in this situation, there may be a solution available through the shipping carrier directly.  Most carriers offer a service that allows you to redirect a shipment to a new address for a one-time fee.  This service can be a convenient option if you need to change the delivery location of your order after it has been shipped.

Please note that the ability to change the delivery address may vary by carrier and certain conditions or restrictions may apply.  We recommend contacting the carrier as soon as possible to inquire about your options and any applicable fees.

If your order has shipped or cannot be modified with the shipping carrier, you may refuse the package.

If the package is refused or will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.  When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund less original shipping charges.
