No Hassle Return Policy
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to know exactly which products will best meet your needs without being able to try them, especially when it comes to TV antenna accessories. The No Hassle Return policy is designed to take the worry out of selecting the correct product and to give you confidence that we stand behind our products. Our main goal as a company is to provide you with an outstanding customer experience every time you shop with us.
Our Return Policy is simple and straight forward. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased on ChannelMaster.com, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. (Telescoping Masts are Non-Returnable)
*Items that have been used or damaged by incorrect installation may not be returned. Channel Master is not responsible for installation errors. Original shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping cost (even if you use a return shipping label provided by Channel Master), except in instances where the item arrived defective.
Channel Master 30 Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Channel Master, either online or at Channel Master's Chandler Arizona retail showroom, can be returned to Channel Master. Channel Master products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
Telescoping Antenna Masts are ineligible for return.
Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return a Product within the 30 day Return Policy
If you would like to return a product for a refund, complete and submit the Online Return Authorization Form to validate your return and receive a shipping label. Return Shipping Cost will be deducted from the total refund amount ($7.50 for all small items and $14.99 for all large outdoor antennas).
