5 of 5 Extreme Tenna for my lake cottage August 11, 2020
Reviewer: Paul from Mecosta County, Michigan
I purchased the bundle for my lake cottage in Michigan.  We are between the Grand Rapids and Traverse City markets.  Since the cable up here is expensive and unreliable, I researched antennas to death until I found this bundle.  Everything went together as expected.  Once I ran the tuning menu, all I can say is WOW.  I went from 3 channels with an indoor antenna to 20.  My antenna is aimed toward Traverse City and I am picking up 4 stations there over 80 miles away!  I’m even getting 4 stations from Grand Rapids over 40 miles out, even though it’s outside the 180 degree range I’m aiming!  I’ve only had this installed for a few days so far, but I’m no longer having pixelation issues, picture is steady and clear.  Highly recommended!

4 of 5 Good antenna, mixed bundle results August 4, 2020
Reviewer: R. S. from Bellaire, MI
I live around 56 miles from a tower that I wanted to receive with some other stronger ones off central axis by less than 90 degrees.  My mudflap with an amplifier got periodic good reception, but I wanted to make it consistently better.  Adding the properly aimed Extremetenna 80 improved signal quality, but the Amplify only seemed to boost a marginal signal to the point where it was unusable. I therefore went with a less strong amplifier which helped to boost the signal strength just enough to get me to 100% fairly consistently.  This seems strange since I would have figured that all of the CM equipment would work so well together, but after much fussing and calls to Technical Support, I sent the Amplify back (sadly, for the 3rd time).  Anyway, I really like the performance of the antenna and its possible that the Amplify could work better for some other situations.

5 of 5 Perfect July 17, 2020

I received two Cartons. The antenna was packaged in another carton within the first. Everything was really well protected from being damaged. I was impressed that everything was well organized including hardware to assemble everything. The antenna was super easy to assemble. I just had a little trouble understanding why I had to attach the amplifier to the antenna mast and that it was done with nylon straps. Otherwise no problems at all and I would recommend anyone that wants an antenna to do business with channel master. This company seems to go out of it's way to satisfy everyone's needs. Very impressed.

5 of 5 Amazing results July 17, 2020
Reviewer: Scottie from Illinois
I bought the bundle cause I wanted to the antenna and preamp.  I would also need coax and the j tube mount so those were basically free.  This antenna really isn’t for vhf use and I’m quite a ways away from my lone vhf station which happens to be a cbs station.   I wasn’t expecting to get it and was going to buy cbs all access for that local anyway.  I figured I’d get around 16 channels. To my surprise I’m able to pick up 33 stations.  Not only my cbs that is on vhf but also the same channel is rebroadcast on a substation from a uhf channel. I get all the major networks and substations very clearly.  With the preamp while installing I moved the antenna in different directions and was picking up stations 90 miles away.  I don’t want those stations of course cause it’s not my local news but just saying for UHF signals, this thing can reach out there and the vhf channel was a surprise bonus.  Great antenna.  Relatively compact for what I was expecting.  The 8 bay antenna is what I got.
