Works seamlessly with Stream+ April 4, 2019
Reviewer: Jim C. from Mid-Michigan
Very nice drive - of course, since solid state no noise, no fans - completely silent.

I followed the Stream+ onscreen instructions, and it integrated perfectly with the Stream+

Been using for DVR storage for 2 weeks.  Works great

Memory error ended February 11, 2019
Reviewer: Richncarl from Deltona Fl.
Got the new external memory hard drive for my DVR+ which has been in service for a few years. Voila! no more error notices. Did a 'format' scan and we were like new.

Purchase of a USB HARD DRIVE December 19, 2018
Reviewer: Hikinghanibal from 97071
I purchased the 1TB Expansion USB Hard Drive to replace another hard drive (not a Channel Master product).  My further research into this, I found that there is a difference in a Hard Drive used for video is different than one used for a computer, that is one that I had failed after a year.  You need one specific for video use.  The Channel Master Hard drive was easy to install (just plug the USB into the recorder).  So far, this hard drive is allowing us to record LOTS of programs.  We have been running it for a couple of weeks and seems to be working fine.
