A Great Addition to the Channel Master DVR+ March 19, 2015
Reviewer: F. Ciccone from Rochester, MI United States
I purchased this product along with Channel Master’s DVR+ and it has worked seamlessly with my Wi-Fi once I got it set up. I did experience a small glitch during the initial installation when it seemed that the set-up program didn’t recognize that I had it plugged into one of the 2 USB ports on the DVR+. So, I switched it to the other USB port and did a hard re-boot (by cutting the power and turning it back on), before I tried again. This time, the installation went flawlessly. I then used my new Wi-Fi capability to quickly search for and install a software update for the DVR+. I’ve also been very pleased with the quality of the TV guides downloaded from the internet.

An Addon you definitely need March 9, 2015
Reviewer: Russell Wren III from Cincinnati, OH United States
Unless you are planning on putting the DVR+ next to your modem you are going to want to grab one of these.  I really wish they would have built this into the DVR+ but really that is the only complaint that I can think of.
And I even had the pleasure of dealing with customer service.  And that isn't sarcastic, which is a first from an entertainment company.  The adapter that I received only worked if it was plugged in about half way.  I talked to customer service and they straighten it right now.

No problems connecting to the internet. February 23, 2015

Be sure you don't just plug the adapter in and expect it to work. You must follow the directions and go through the set up menus to activate the adapter. Once I did that it  worked great and connected immediately to my network. Thank you for making everything work great - right out of the package!
