Great product. August 4, 2015

I've been a fan of Channel Master products for decades and these indoor antennas work very well. I'm running the SMARTenna 35/50 and the FLATenna together with a coaxial splitter and I'm pulling in over 30 channels. The picture is actually brighter  than cable was, however the sound is a little softer than cable. Overall an excellent product and money in the Bank.

SMARTenna gets Chicago from 75 miles! August 4, 2015
Reviewer: Packerfan1957 from Muskego, WI United States
Was happy by getting most Milwaukee channels from 16 miles away with antenna indoor. Had a quote of installing roof antenna for $595 with a rotor since I wanted to try and get Chicago stations 75 miles away. Well, since the SMARTenna was an indoor/outdoor one ,I decided to try mounting it myself ,not on the roof but on the eave above our deck ,15 feet high. Was pleasantly surprised to get ALL Milwaukee channels strong and stable. Then, I tried to shoot the works. Ordered the CM Titan 2 antenna pre-amp&WOW! It is now safely tucked under the eave of roof with only a 12 inch cable running to the Smartantenna. I did a rescan and it picked up as many as 70 channels! (up from the 40 in Milwaukee) Got most of the Chicago ones as well as Grand Rapids&Battle Creek,MI. I am very impressed as I also just saved us well over $500. No need for a roof antenna! Also are happy owners of the CM dvr+ and it shows all the Rovi guide info of the Chicago channels. :)

OK but not great April 24, 2015
Reviewer: George Murphy from Danbury , CT United States
Bought this antenna for our place in Florida with the hope it would pull in stations from about 45 miles away. While it did pick up most stations the signal strength was not strong enough for reliable TV viewing. We had a lot of drop outs and times when channels wouldn't come in at all. I realize the distance may have been a bit of a stretch for this antenna. I ordered ChannelMasters Digital Advantage 65 with a preamp and now we receive strong signals on all channels. While the Smartenna is nice and compact and unobtrusive,  I don't think there is a substitute for a good old fashion metal antenna with all its surface area to pull in signals.

Easy to install. I got 20 more channels than I had before. Quality is very high. You still have to adjust the antenna, though

Attached SMARTenna to old Dish satellite cable! April 3, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Davis, CA United States
I live in a rural area where my basic network channels are 25 mi away, within several degrees of each other. I upgraded from Mohu Leaf to have the option of outdoor antenna and better strength. Works great attached to Dish cable I moved down from the roof ridge for easy access on my deck. I'm happy!
