I have only used it indoors so far and it works O.K I plan to move it outdoors in the future. Hopefully this will give me better reception.

Goodbye cable bill! August 18, 2016
Reviewer: Mike from Brandon, FL
I have been paying way too much for lots of cable programming that I just don't watch.  Most of the non-network TV we watch is streamed through internet apps or web sites so I finally decided to stop the bleeding.  Surprise!  31 clear broadcast channels and another 10 that are marginal with the antenna sitting next to the TV.  4 stars instead of 5 because the "Feet" couldn't be mounted with the screws provided(they went right through the mounting holes in the tubular feet.  No real problem, I've got plenty of different size screws in the catchall hardware drawer.

It really works August 18, 2016
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from North Little Rock, AR
I just installed the Smartenna indoors, placing it on the top of a chest that sits next to a window.  I am now picking up 23 channels, including several I never heard of.  I am very pleased with this antenna.

Smart Antenna July 19, 2016
Reviewer: Joe C. from Alma, AR.
The antenna is getting more stations than I was getting before. I have outside interference but this is still doing way better than my previous antenna.

Smartenna July 6, 2016
Reviewer: Dave Maltz DBA Dave's TV from Grants Pass Oregon
When the Smartenna first arrived and I saw how small it was my first reaction was disgust.  Most of the TV antennas I've worked with in the past were fairly large, so I didn't think an antenna this size could  preform very well. nevertheless I decided to compare it to some of my traditional rabbit ear antennas and see how it performed.  Indoors my rabbit ear antennas seem to preform better until I ran a second test where I placed the antennas outside my shop on the top of a fiberglass latter. Surprisingly this time my results favored the Smartenna and I was pleasantly surprised. It even out performed my more conventional roof antenna which had an amplifier,  I guess it's true what they say about judging a book by its cover. Now that most of the TV stations are on UHF band I guess antennas don't need to be large to perform well.
