Technical Product Support Manager
Leading consumer electronics manufacturer, Channel Master is seeking a Technical Support Manager.
The Level 3 Technical Product Support Manager is responsible for playing a hands-on role in the resolution of Channel Master’s customer’s technical issues resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and user experience. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining Channel Master Product and process support content for our external websites, Product FAQ’s, Customer Service, and Technical Support Representatives. The support and content focus is on all Channel Master and PCT International products, including but not limited, to Home Networking, Set-Top Boxes, Antennas, RF Television reception/distribution equipment and consumer electronics.
